ABOUT
Paper Route was a daily sports show hosted by Brandon Marshall, and I served as the Art Director across its run. My day-to-day included creating the full range of on-screen visuals—daily show graphics, motion intros, lower thirds, and segment transitions. The goal was to keep things looking sharp and consistent while staying flexible enough to respond to real-time sports news and hot takes.
We had some big names roll through as sponsors—Pepsi, the NFL, Uber Eats—and each came with its own set of needs. I created custom graphic packages for branded segments that still felt like part of the show’s identity. That included segment intros, branded backgrounds, end cards, and all the little in-between pieces that bring polish to a recurring series.
I worked closely with different teams—editors, producers, and marketing—to make sure the visual language stayed cohesive across platforms. From YouTube thumbnails to Instagram reels, every asset had to carry the same tone and energy. That meant thinking not just about broadcast, but about how things lived and moved in social, too.
The show moved fast, and the volume was high, but it was a good test of pace, precision, and creative range. Whether it was building visuals from scratch or adapting sponsor content into the show’s world, the focus was always on clarity, energy, and making sure everything flowed clean on screen.
