Alongside campaign work for CrossOver Culture, I also handled design for their custom league jerseys—serving a wide range of teams from local boys & girls clubs to dad leagues and semi-pro squads. The goal was to make each team feel official, even if they were just showing up to hoop on the weekends.
Some projects were straightforward originals, while others involved recreating looks inspired by NBA or NCAA teams. In both cases, the focus was on delivering clean, game-ready designs that gave these leagues a sense of pride and identity. It wasn’t just about looking good—it was about giving them something they were hyped to wear.
Most of the time, I was working with minimal direction—sketchy ideas, phone photos, or just a team name—and turning those into fully designed uniforms. That meant balancing creativity with practicality, making sure each design felt fresh while still working across print specs and jersey templates.
It was a steady mix of quick-turn production and creative development, and I enjoyed being the behind-the-scenes designer helping teams level up their visual game.
